Depends: If you think there is even a remote possibility of a sexually transmitted infection, then get a gyn exam. This could be a symptom of a herpes, even if you cannot see a sore. It could be a small cut also, in which case it should heal fine in a few days, however I would still recommend having an exam to be on the safe side. Sometimes localized yeast infections can also burn on contact with urine.
