See answer: Without knowing your symptoms, it is difficult to assess what the best therapy would be. Have you had the H. pylori treated? If so, did you have confirmation of eradication? The gastritis should improve and it would leave IBS that could be dictating your symptoms. There are a variety of therapies that can be used depending on your symptoms.
