As : As far as I am aware, marijuana does not interact with Nexium (esomeprazole) and does not worsen gastritis. The only potential concern is after smoking you may tend to make the wrong food choices, which could exacerbate your condition. Take care.

Not recommended: Smoking tobacco is one of the greatest causes of increased stomach acid, and smoking marijuana may do this as well. If you smoke tobacco, you need very much to stop as well.
