Possibly: We are adapted to living on this planet in very narrow range of temperature, atmospheric conditions and environmental chemistry. Some feel we are rapidly compromising these parameters and that the earth will become incompatible with human life over the next several hundred years. Others doubt this. This is a subject well worth major study.
