Lipid on cornea: There is a transition zone at the edge of the normal cornea where lipid can diffuse in and deposit in the tissue creating a very light to sometimes heavy arc of translucency. This is benign, and will not affect the vision. The correlation with blood lipids is very weak so it is not a good clinical clue. It is definitely age related.
