Is food allergy testing accurate?

Not usually: Most people have "intolerances" rather than true food allergies. In my personal experience, I have seem a low percentage of true correlation between allergy testing and symptoms or lack thereof with the positive food triggers.

Sort of: Food Allergy is diagnosed by taking a thorough history and then confirming the history through skin and/or blood test. Random skin and /or blood test for food allergy in the absence of appropriate clinical history is not very accurate.
