I don't understand!: What do you mean by "knock"? If you have severe tonsil swelling you need to get seen to be sure you don't have strep throat or an abscess that requires treatment to prevent serious complications. If you cannot swallow at all or have trouble breathing, or fever not relieved by tylenol, (acetaminophen) go to an ER.
