Waterybowel movements once per day for about 2 week. i thought it was diarrhea but i guess it's not since it's only once per day. what could this be?

Most common: is some sort of infection, but it could be Crohn's colitis, ulcerative colitis, or even tumor or cancer. If it has been 2 weeks already, you should consult with your doctor.
