Waist Circumference?: Based upon your numbers, your BMI is about a 28--that would be considered overweight (not obese, obviously). However, BMI alone is not an adequate way of assessing your overall health. Waist circumference is very important. Also, blood tests/metabolic parameters would also help to paint a more detailed picture of your overall health, and help to predict future risks. Best of luck.
