My 4 year old is on day 4 of the flu, her temp is at 103.8 with tylenol (acetaminophen) in her system every 4 hours & it's not coming down, what should we do?

See her doctor: It is early for flu but it could be the cause of her fever. Children, however, are notorious for having complicationsof flu such as secondary bacterial infections. Did you have a positive flu test? Has she been seen by her doctor? If either answer is no, please have her checked out.
