Difficult to say...: That depends upon where the cramping is, where you might be in your menstrual cycle, what you may have been eating (or not depending upon how much of an apetite you have), and of course what is causing your illness. The best way to avoid toxic effects of acetaminophenis to take no more than a max of 3750 mg per 24 hours. Write down what you take and when. Stay hydrated. Go2Dr4worse/persistent pain

Tylenol (acetaminophen) toxicity?: DANGER! Mixing 2 or more OTC meds containing acetaminophen can cause liver failure! Exceeding the recommended dose of 4 GM/24 hours is dangerous, especially if you consume alcohol daily or smoke, or are malnourished.Regular drinkers may develop toxicity even if they don't exceed the 4 GM limit. ABDOMINAL PAIN IS A SIGN OF LIVER TOXICITY IF ANY OF THE ABOVE APPLIES TO YOU> GO TO ER!!
