1.81cm most likely uterine polyp. Endometrial thickness is 19.1mm. 41 yrs old. Anemic. Horrible periods, other symptoms. Scheduled for D&C, ablation, hysterectomy. Family history of uterine cancer. Chances mine could be cancer?
