Gfr 76 from 85 /creatinine .80 from .73 1yr; pel/ifserum - for mm alpha 2 1.1; beta 1.3, rf 29, la/ssb 1.3 ana-; nocturi/rls worsening. any ideas?

Overcall: I'm a pathologist and lab specialist and I think the public is being sold a bill of goods with these "estimated GFR's". They're antiscientific (there's a racial adjustment "because black people are more muscular"), and truth is, I think a creatinine of .80 is fine. If you have nocturia, you need to be tested to see if you can concentrate your urine. The other labs require clinical correlation.
