Rule out mucoceles : The fact that you mention two bumps above your eyebrows in the setting of sinus infection symptoms gives me pause for concern of a trapped mucus pocket in the frontal sinus, called a mucocele. There are other possibilities, but a mucocele can have severe complications related to the brain and the eyes. I recommend a medical evaluation.
