It could be sinusiti: It could be frontal or ethmoid sinusitis , i need more information : how long you have it ? Nasal congestion ? Nasal discharge? Headache when bend forward ?

Sinusitis : Ethmoid sinusitis is the second most common sinus to be infected. Maxillary sinusitis is the most common. It usually follows several days into a head cold or allergy flare up.
