There are more than: one kind of white blood cell and knowing the distribution of your elevation would be more helpful than the absolute number. In addition there are many things beside infection that can cause an elevation and therefore no fever. It would be best to be thoroughly evaluated by a health care provider to determine the nature of your lymph node swelling and elevated white count. Make an appointment soon.
