A member asked:

I'm allergic to soy what can i eat cuz i've heard that all food has soy what can i eat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Use discernment: I am really sorry that someone told you something so foolish and untrue as "all foods have soy". Get with an evidence-based allergist and decide on a plan. Mild allergies should not seriously restrict food choices. If there is a danger of a serious reaction, carry an epinephrine needle though it would be rare to be so sensitive to soy.
