If there are no other choices to treat the pain of your condition, and you are taking a modest dose (3-4 tablets per day), the chances that the baby will have neonatal abstinence syndrome is about 30%. You need to deliver in a setting where they know how to treat it - ideally a tertiary referral center.

They'll help with your needs. Early in pregnancy the drug is much less risky, so relax but get in ASAP. Congratulations and take good care of both of you!
