On sunday, i was using the toilet i noticed blood on the toilet paper. no blood since then but light stomach pain. i'm really scared if its cancer.

See answer: You're young and its very rare to see cancer at this age. Most commonly we see hemorrhoids or a fissure that bleeds after a bowel movement, especially if they are hard (constipated). You should have your parent take you to the doctor to get it checked out if it happens again.
