Brown teeth: It is very possible it is from the adhesive that has stained, but why guess? Have your orthodontist take a look.

Brown stain: It may indeed be from the sealant. May also be from your diet or a problem with your hygiene. Return to your specialist Orthodontist for evaluation. He/she may want you to see your General Dentist for a cleaning.
