Probably not, but...: A lump or bump that has not changed in 3 years, is likely not serious. Show your doc, though, to be sure. Also, your doc can document size and so be able to compare what it looks like on follow-up visits, to see if there's a change. If you notice a change in size, or shape, or it starts to hurt, etc. get seen quickly. Could be a benign cyst, or a lipoma, or scar tissue, etc.
