Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. Boils occur there. Boils often recur and moisture and skin breaks predispose to them. one could have herpes or other skin condtions too. Antibiotics help boils and there's benefit from having it professionally treated whatever it is.
