Lyrica (pregabalin) Xanax fatigue: Up to 28% of people on Lyrica (pregabalin) experience sleepiness. Adding in other psychotropics on top of that of course the situation is only going to be worse. Talk to your treating providers and have them consult with each other and come up with a better solution to your dilemma. Best wishes for a happy and healthy new year.
