I have the odd few flesh coloured lumps on my face that when squeezed white stringey stuff comes out but fills up again. nothing gets rid of them?

Epidermal cyst: If its a classic pimple, then after squeezing it it should not really accumulate. If it keeps accumulating it could be an epidermal inclusion cyst. I would check with a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon and have them take a look at it. In the meantime, don't squeeze it and use warm compress instead
