Not sure of question: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, but I'm not sure if the quesiton of what it is matters. "Wart/mole/growth that hasn't changed in any way in years" isn't one of the cancer warning signs. A dermatologist would be able to remove it and/or tell what it is. but not my choice on whether that is important or not.

I first noticed a small, dime sized lump in the back of my neck, in the center near the hairline, about three years ago. It is now about the size of a golf ball, semi-hard and slightly moveable.
