Maybe a cracked rib: or inflammation of the breast (mastitis) which could come from infection. If the pain is continuous it is likely to be an infection, esp with redness/swelling and other signs. If pain only comes in certain position/ motion, then it is likely a rib or rib muscle injury. If it persists, see a family physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
