Get checked out: These symptoms go with a variety of issue not related to the breast. You did not indicate the side (rt or lt) so it could be something in the chest or related to the heart. I highly recommend you make and appointment with your primary care doctor for evaluation.

Musculo-skeletal: What you described suggests musculo-skeletal pain. If it does not get worse with physical activity, it is not likely to be related to your heart. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. You may start exercising, as tolerated and gradually increase it. Wish you good health!
