Too many causes: Numb toes could be caused by multitude of problems, from something simple as tight fitting footwear to more complicated diagnoses such as diabetes. I urge you to talk with your doctor to begin proper workup.

A number of things: can cause numbness in your toes. It is most commonly due to peripheral neuropathy. The most common causes of peripheral neuropathy are: diabetes, thyroid disease, alcohol abuse, and/or Vitamin B12 deficiency. You should definitely have a medical evaluation to determine what is causing the numbness in your toes.
