Many reasons: Bilateral nerve pinching at ankle (tarsal tunnel syndrome), plantar fasciitis, polyneuropathy such as diabetes, small fibre neuropathy perhaps. Visit a podiatrist or an orthopedic foot specialist and get evaluated.
