Waste of money!: The only weight worth gaining is muscle. Almost all of us don't need more fat! The only way to gain muscle weight is resistance training (weight-lifting) several days a week for months and months. Otherwise, lift weights regularly 3 times a week, for shorter periods, and your muscles will be toned and you will look excellent! Thin people are the best types to become body builders. I'm jealous.
