Not lymphoma: Lymphoma is presence of malignant transformation in existing lymph nodes that when left unchecked will spread to adjacent nodes and enlarge. When tw knots appeared in groin that were non existent prior to the "pull" in a female it is consistent with herniation of small bowel thru the femoral canal medial to the neurovascular pedicle in the thigh. If not reduced should be seen by surgeon.
