Take 25mg atenolol daily. at night hands and feet get really cold. is this normal or something i should worry about?

Probably normal but: What condition you are taking Atenolol. beta lockers does cause some worsening of peripheral vascular disease causing some cool feeling in extremities. but you ar tot young to get PVD. But you may have other conditions which might get worse with beta blockers e.g. Raynaud's disease,anxiety or rarely autonomic nervous syndrome, shy dragon syndrome. you may replaceit with Labetalol.
