I found that i was drinking from a moldy cup, ive stopped but have a bad cold sore inside my lip, headaches.. what to do?

Probably OK: Molds are everywhere in the environment. Stomach acid will usually destroy them. So relax. If you get worse, though, for whatever reason, and have uncontrolled fevers, trouble breathing, weight loss, or fever for more than 3 days, etc. do get seen to see if you need antibiotics. Antifungals are unlikely to be needed!
