Growth chart/rate: To answer your question requires knowledge of several of your past physical exams and ultrasounds to see if the fetus is growing or not. Moreover, ultrasounds are plus or minus 1 to 2 weeks for a single exam for accuracy. Either way, Mother Nature will let you know with labor when the time for delivery has come. Good luck!

Hard to say...: Ultrasound measurements for growth in the third trimester can be off as much as 3 weeks. A week-and-a-half isn't enough time to notice a large change in the baby's growth and results can be confusing. It may not be possible to know for certain if the baby is growing in this short time-frame. You may need additional ultrasounds to know if the baby is growing appropriately or not.
