How do i loose my voice overnight?

Hasn't happened yet: "How do" means it hasn't happened yet. "How did" means it's already happened. One can go to a football game and yell, scream, and cheer on every play. By the end of the game, her voice will be hoarse and raspy... what we call "lost her voice". People without neighbors can watch games on TV and yell just as loud. If there's no game today, well, that's when imagination and creativity come into play.
