Back pain: Back pain that is muscular often stays in the same place and is worse with certain movements. Back pain that involves the spine is often constant and may have referred pain to other areas and may be associated with other symptoms. You may want to be checked. All the best.

May be the same : There is a lot of overlap, and back pain can be tough to diagnose and treat. Generally, it's all coming from the same mechanism, irritated nerve fibers from spine cause pain. Often the pain causes spasm, so there is a cycle. Burning, hot, electrical or difficult to describe pain that radiates into buttocks or down leg is spine. If it's chronic and/or recurrent it's spine.
