The fact: that you have had tubal ligation has absolutely NOTHING to do with your menstrual cycele. It's too early for "peri-menopausal" irregularities thus I suggest some "cycling" with hormones (usually BC pills) or a "medical" D&C may be necessary if irregularities continue. "Rough Sex" may produce "spotting" but not menstrual bleeding!
