Treated for streptococcus pneumoniae in blood, told source is sinuses, catscan had severe inflammation, but no symptoms. how infected w/ no symptoms?

Infection in general: usually causes pain, but not always. You must have had severe and/or longstanding infection, which can sometimes damage sensory nerves, to a point where you were no longer feeling any pain.
