I have chest pain on the right side of my breast and my chest looks purple around my chest. what's wrong?

Sounds like a bruise: to me. The breast is tender tissue and you could be bruised from just a ball or minimal injury. If the pain is mild you could apply a heating pad and see if it gets better, turns yellow and goes away. If pain is severe, you may have a rib injury and should be seen (especially if at all short of breath). Ask Mom to help!
