Angioma, venous lake: This is most likely a common skin lesion. Almost everyone gets a few and some people get 100's. It is a dilated blood vessel and it can be red or purple. They are round and sit slightly above the skin. They usually cause no symptoms, however in this location it could get rubbed by your bra. These do not go away. Can be treated with pdl laser, no scarring. If traumatic should resolve in a wks.
