? Pinworms: Your description fits, but to be sure you need to be tested or treated empirically, in the US a prescription is needed, probably in your country too, albendazole or mebendazole is the drug. If you turn to be truly infected with pinworms, household may need to be treated as well, as they may be asymptomatic carriers,see your doctor who would direct you better, good luck
