Yes quite normal: Do not worry about it. However if the baby is mouth breathing, constantly, you may want to have the baby looked at.

Yes: Pretty common. Not to worry unless you notice any trouble breathing or always has mouth open to breathe. Then child needs evaluation. Hope this was helpful. Dr. R
