Upper arm pin: Not enough information. For how long? When it started? Is the area reddish? Does it hurt all the time, or only to touch? Does the pain limit the range of motion of the shoulder? Do you take medications? Do they help? IS in the right or left arms? Does your job requires the use of the arm, which induces pain? respond all questions, then I 'll respond
