It depends: Morning cortisol levels of 6-10 are on the low end of normal but not alarming. If however the levels of 8 and 10 at 30 and 60 minutes later were after you were given a dose of synthetic ACTH to test your adrenal response, they are probably too low. You may have a partial ACTH/cortisol deficiency and should an endocrinologists to see if a trial of oral cortisol replacement might help you
