Variable: Some people have no symptoms whatsoever. Others, depending how fast the ventricular heart rate, may have "fluttering", or palpitations, or sudden loss of energy with fatigue, sometimes dizziness. If they have underlying cardiac problems, they can get chest discomfort or breathlessness if they go into af with a rapid resultant heart rate. To avoid complications like a stroke, get urgent evaluation!
