Vestibulitis: Greetings, it sounds like you may have an inflammatory condition inside the nose. It is wise to see your doctor or ENT specialist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment. This may require an antibiotic by mouth and/or a topical. A nasal endoscopy may also be needed. Good luck.
