Not bad: your radiologist reading of your plain film Xray can be a normal variant in many people. Do not worry about that. However , if your back pain is worsening or associated w/ leg pain or weakness / numbness , burning etc. than see your primary care physician for evaluation and possible referral to specialist ... Best of luck !!

Back pain: Spondylolisthesis is the forward displacement of a vertebra often associated with a defect or fracture of the vertebral arch and can be confused with a slipped disc. Scoliosis is a bend in the spine to the right or left. This can result in generalized back pain. Treatment includes anti inflammatory medications (NSAIDS), epidural injections of prednisone, a brace or orthotic and surgery.
