Dizziness/congestion: Symptoms like: lack of energy, dizziness, sinus congestion, is usually related to a cold, which is a viral infection. If you had a vaccination, the symptoms are mild and rapidly will go away. If not, the whole process will take about three weeks to get over. Is quite important to look at the secretions; if they are white would indicate no bacterial infection, if they are yellow/green you have a bacterial infection and you need antibiotics. Please let me know, if you have developed secretions which now are yellow/green which is new to you?
