Work up: have you had blood tests, EKG done by your doctor? These would be very important to check. If your doctor has not done this, you need another doctor. If your doctor has and symptoms continue need to discuss with your doctor. If he/she won't listen then ask family/friends for recommendations for another doctor. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr. R
