You need: a physical examination by your Family Health Provider or your GYN since "bad cramps" can originate from your lower bowel OR your uterus. It is , unfortunately . NOT a question that can be answered without a complete history and physical examination. Sorry I cannot be more "helpful" ....see your Doctor!

You can also try: some Miralax (polyethylene glycol) if the yogurt and probiotics don't help. If it continues even with these treatments, please see your doctor.
